What is Bring a Friend Week? 

Bring a Friend Week is a chance to come in and try out our gym for a whole week free of charge! It doesn’t matter your age, experience level or fitness goals, just come in and try us out. All of the workouts are adjustable to meet you where you are at and make sure you are comfortable. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to “try before you buy” to see if we are a great fit for you!

We’ve got people coming in with little to no fitness experience and those that have some prior experience! The beauty about CrossFit is that everything is scalable and we can meet you where you are currently at!
