Importance of Milestones
Here at Triangle CrossFit we believe in celebrating milestones! We think it is a great way to help keep members motivated to keep pushing to reach their goals and to have something to look forward to. We believe that the most progress is made when you are focused on your fitness goals and the process of your fitness journey.
Committed & 225 Club
We do multiple different milestone achievements from the monthly committed club drawing to celebrate members coming into the gym 16+ times in one month, the 225 club where we celebrate members who have come in 225+ CrossFit classes in a year to the gym, and our milestone triangle wall to celebrate different class goals members have hit.
Consistency
We try to encourage consistency and these are a few ways we have found to help members keep the motivation. Having a class goal to reach for helps members with extrinsic motivation. It also helps reinforce positive behaviors and attitudes.
We have boards in our gym to celebrate the consistency and milestones throughout the whole month. People get recognized by members throughout the month and it inspires other members to shoot to have their name on the board as well.
