With Christmas coming up or maybe even someone’s birthday coming up with the new year, you may be wondering what you’re supposed to get someone who does CrossFit. Here are our ideas!
Gift Ideas
One gift idea that someone who works out needs are wrist wraps! These help with wrist stability during certain movements and are great to have on hand. Wrist wraps are one of those items you don’t know you need until you have them!
You could also get them a shaker bottle. These are always a great choice for someone who works out because they typically drink pre workout or protein shakes or even electrolytes that need to be mixed in water. A shaker bottle is an easy gift choice because you can never go wrong with one. Even if the person already has a shaker bottle, chances are they need another one! We have great shaker bottles in our retail area at the gym!
Another idea is a jump rope! It is always great for someone who works out to have their own jump rope. They can customize their jump rope to their height which will make it easier for them to jump rope!
Some type of balm to help with muscle fatigue or ripped hands is also a great gift for people who workout. People who do crossfit tend to get really bad callouses which can rip depending if the person shaves them down or does anything to help them. Balm can help with the healing process and make it a lot faster versus not using any type of balm.
A massage gift card is a great gift as well. You can never go wrong with getting someone who works out a lot a massage gift card. Their muscles need relaxation and their body more than likely needs something to get all the knots out from the tension of working out.
Bonus Gift Ideas
Some bonus gift ideas are paying for their gym membership for a month. I know some gyms do it differently where it’s not month to month, but if they go to a gym that is a month to month membership you could easily email the gym and offer to pay for their one month membership! You could also buy Personal Training sessions for them to help them work on specific goals. You could also pay for their yoga drop ins at our gym if they aren’t a member! Yoga is a great way to mobilize and help your body relax!
