Are you traveling for work or maybe your schedule just got so busy you can’t make it to a gym today? Here are two great at home workouts you can do at home, in a hotel, wherever you may be! You can make it minimal equipment or if you have access to equipment you can make it a little more challenging by adding in some weights!

Warm up:
7:00 AMRAP
30 seconds Jumping Jacks
10 Air Squats
Practice round:
3 strict pull ups
4 russian swings
WOD:
8 minute AMRAP

Strict Pull Up or Bent Over Row*

Then
“Erase Your Reps” and go back down the ladder for time
