When?
This will be 10 weeks long. It will start on 4/7/2025 and will go until 6/14/2025.
What is the progression?
It will include a gymnastics cycle. There will be one skill session per week and the different weeks will alternate between some variation of rope climbing and dips. These will be focused on strength building and improving our skills with each session.
Also, we will also have a strength portion within this cycle as well. The strength portion will include max rep bench press, 20 rep back squats and some olympic lifting to work on our snatches / clean and jerks!
This progression will help us build on our gymnastic skills and allow us to increase our strength on the barbell! We can’t wait to see how much y’all progress throughout this next 10 week progression!
Murph Prep
We will also be starting murph prep soon! To help prepare we will be doing weekly variations of Murph to help us! Murph will be on 5/26 to Honor Memorial Day. For Murph we are also have a Post Open / Pre Murph Movement Clinic on 4/5 at 9:45am! Come check it out and work on your pull ups, air squats and push ups!
