We’ve got some exciting news to share! After our current cycle wraps up, we’re treating ourselves to a well-deserved 1-week break. But don’t sweat it—we’ll be back in action with our New Strength Cycle launching on December 23rd! Here’s the scoop:
This new progression is designed to keep us motivated through the holidays and help us crush some new PRs! It’s a bit different from our usual progressions, but trust me, it’s gonna be a blast!
We’ll be diving into a variety of movements, including:
– Clean Grip Deadlifts
– Push Ups
– Dumbbell Chest Flys
– Deficit Deadlifts
– Dumbbell Walk Through Lunges
– Shoulder to Overhead
– Muscle Snatch
We’re using a method called the “Shock Method.” You might be wondering what that’s all about. The “Shock Method” is a training technique that exposes your muscles to a sudden and intense shock from an eccentric movement. Basically, it’s when your muscles absorb energy from an external load.
Get ready to challenge yourselves and have some fun with this new cycle!
