Walking desk

If you work from home a great way to be able to get more steps in your day is to have a walking desk. This way you can do work and walk so that way you get more movement in your day while also being productive. If you don’t have space for a walking desk, even a standing desk would be good for you when working rather than sitting the entire time!

Parking

Try to park further away from the stores that you go to. Parking further away will help you get more steps because you will have to walk further to get where you want to go. This is an easy way to be able to get more in! 

Lunch breaks

On your lunch break during work go for a walk. This will help you get a break from sitting and from the screens. Walking on your lunch break will also help you get more energy for the second half of your day. It is a great way to be able to get more in
