You may ask, What is a Lifestyle Challenge? Well, let us tell you all the information on what it is!
A Lifestyle Challenge is a great way to work on your healthy habits for a short period to hopefully keep them up forever. This challenge is a five week long challenge that will give you amazing information on five different topics. Each week within the challenge you will focus on a different aspect of health in your life to help make you a healthier and happier YOU!
The five elements that get touched on consist of fitness, mobility, hydration, nutrition and sleep. All of these work together in making your lifestyle better for you. These five things will help you reach your fitness goals faster and help you become a better YOU!
You are probably asking yourself, When will this challenge be? This Lifestyle Challenge will take place from September 14, 2024 until October 19, 2024. On September 14 we will do a test workout to see where we stand before the challenge. After the workout we will have a presentation to give more information about everything we will be covering in the challenge and why. On October 19 we will be retesting the same workout to see the progress we have made over the five weeks and to see how altering our habits can make a huge impact and difference on us in the gym.
We do these challenges because of the progress we have seen our members make during these short few weeks. Some of the progress we have seen includes eating more protein, drinking more water, being more consistent in the gym, making more mindful choices when traveling, getting more sleep, etc.
You also have chances to win some awesome prizes! On October 19 we will reward prizes to three individuals in different categories and the team with the most points. Each participant will also receive some goodies for all their hard work in the challenge as well!
