Stronger by Spring 2026: 12-Week Progression

Our next progressionwill run from 1/19/26 to 4/11/26, and it is designed to steadily build both strength and confidence across key movements while keeping training fun and purposeful for every fitness level. Over 12 weeks, memberscan expect thoughtfully programmed sessions that revisit core skills often enough to see real improvement, without feeling repetitive or overwhelming.

What to expect during the progression

  • A clearly structured cycle with progressive loading and skill work that builds week to week so you can actually feel and measure your progress, not just “get a good workout.”
  • A mix of lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning pieces that support each other, helping you move better, lift more, and last longer in workouts by the end of the cycle.

What Lifts will you see?

  • You will see Back Squat, Shoulder Press and Deadlift to help you reestablish consistent movement patterns, build strength capacity, and develop confidence under the barbell.
  • There will be weekly cycling between Snatch and Clean & Jerk to help reinforce technical skill, timing, and barbell fluency.

How it will feel

  • Weeks 1-6 will be TCF Open Prep, establishing a strength baseline. This will include individual lift testing, rebuild volume and confidence, and progress to controlled heavy exposures before a deload week.
  • Weeks 7-12 will be maintained and post TCF open max, reducing intensity leading into the TCF open. This will stay light and technical during TCF open workouts, then rebuild and peak before retesting each life individually.

Why this progression matters

  • Intentional cycles like this are one of the best ways to avoid plateaus, reduce injury risk, and make sure your training time actually moves you toward your goals.
  • By the end of the progression, you should feel more capable under the barbell, more confident with skills, and better conditioned for benchmark workouts and everyday classes.
